SMS Terms & Disclosure

1. Program Overview
Synthfy LLC ("Synthfy," "we," "us") operates an AI virtual receptionist service for small and mid-sized businesses. As part of that service, Synthfy sends SMS messages to phone numbers that have interacted with one of our business customers — typically a person who called or texted that business and arranged for an appointment, quote, or follow-up.
All Synthfy outbound SMS messages are sent from a single shared Synthfy toll-free number registered under SignalWire Toll-Free Verification. The body of each message identifies the specific business that the message is from (for example, "Bozail — your appointment is confirmed…").
2. Opt-In and Consent
You will only receive SMS messages from Synthfy if you have:
- Provided your phone number to one of our business customers (in person, by phone, on a website form, or in a prior text conversation), and
- Confirmed an interaction that warrants a confirmation message — for example, scheduling an appointment, requesting a quote, or asking to be contacted.
Synthfy does not send marketing, promotional, or solicited bulk messages. Each message is tied to an individual interaction between you and the specific business identified in the message body.
3. Message Types and Frequency
Recurring messages, message frequency varies by interaction. Typical messages include:
- Appointment confirmation immediately after you book a time.
- Optional appointment reminder (typically 24 hours before, day-of, or off — configurable by the business).
- Cancellation acknowledgement when you cancel an appointment.
- Quote or estimate follow-up containing only what was discussed during your call.
- One-to-one replies typed manually by the business in response to a text you sent first.
Most recipients receive 1–3 messages per interaction. We do not run scheduled marketing campaigns.
4. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can opt out of all Synthfy-delivered SMS messages at any time by replying with any of the following keywords to any message we send you:
STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT
After receiving an opt-out, we will suppress your phone number across the entire Synthfy platform — not just for the business that texted you. You will receive a single confirmation reply acknowledging the opt-out, and no further messages will be sent through the Synthfy shared sender. If you later change your mind, reply START or contact us at support@synthfy.us to be re-enrolled.
5. Help (HELP)
Reply HELP to any message and you will receive a response with a link to this disclosure and our support contact information. You can also reach us directly at support@synthfy.us.
6. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Synthfy does not charge you directly to receive messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving SMS depending on your wireless plan.
7. Carriers
Synthfy SMS messages are delivered through US wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information we collect is used to provide and operate the Synthfy service and to honor opt-out requests.
