Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Synthfy ("the Service"), operated by Synthfy LLC, a Texas limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Synthfy provides an AI-powered virtual receptionist service that answers phone calls, schedules appointments, and provides call summaries for small businesses. The Service includes a web dashboard, phone number provisioning, and AI call handling.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Free Trial

Synthfy offers a 7-day free trial with limited usage (50 calls, 30 minutes total). At the end of the trial, your assigned phone number will be released unless you subscribe to a paid plan. No credit card is required for the trial.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through PayPal. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or abuse others, to transmit spam or unsolicited communications, or to interfere with the operation of the Service. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to handle phone calls. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally be incorrect or inappropriate. Synthfy is not liable for any damages arising from AI-generated responses during calls.

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and are accessible only to you through your dashboard.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNTHFY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
